Sugataza ("Sugataza", "we", "us") operates the site available at sugataza.com. You can reach us at hello@sugataza.com.
2. What we collect
From you, when you use the contact form: your name, email address, brand or company name, the subject you selected and the message you write. Usage data: basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type and IP address, collected through analytics with your consent where required, to operate and improve the site.
3. What we do not collect
This site has no account, no member area and no payment. We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not build characters from photographs of real people.
4. Why we process it
To answer your message and to discuss a sponsorship or a partnership, which is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started. Analytics runs on consent, and you can withdraw it at any time through the cookie banner.
5. Who else sees it
Amazon Web Services hosts the site and delivers our email. Google provides reCAPTCHA, which protects the form from bots, and Google Analytics, when you consent to it. We sell nothing to anyone.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and for up to three years afterwards. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion, by writing to hello@sugataza.com. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
